GROUP DECISION-MAKING

Introduction According to Zhang et al. (2021), To improve the quality of a collective decision, group decision-making organizes the affiliation of group members. Group members are highly productive, time management is excellent, and results are outstanding. Indifferent members may overlook their teammates' efforts if they lack interest in alternative viewpoints. In this strategy, possible roadblocks are eliminated in order to increase effectiveness. A unique approach is taken by each technique when it comes to establishing group problem-solving principles.   TRENDS Looking through the EDUCAUSE Library I was interested with the 2017 Horizon Report where it represented the short-term, mid-term, and long-term trends. It is evident that 2017 report, blended and collaborative learning were highlighted as short-term trends. A consistent trend since 2012 has been blended learning. Researchers have been conducting research to identify best practices in online and face-to-face learning as online learning has become more accepted in the academy. In addition to face-to-face meetings, universities can provide flexible, easy access, and various multimedia technologies through more dynamic learning management platforms. Adams Becker et al.   My names are Emily Okero, I reside in Dallas Texas. I'm married to my wonderful husband George Okero. We have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. I have a MS in Cyber Security from the University of Dallas. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Computer science in the concentration of Cyber security and Information Assurance.
