Cyber Security Innovation for the Future

This Video is about cybersecurity, which is my line of concentration. Cybersecurity helps in mitigating malicious activities like social engineering, phishing, and many other malicious web traffic activities. All cyber-attack events are illicit and the only way to mitigate this kind of activities is by monitoring the risk factors by using Intrusion Detection System. Every organization faces threats that they try to mitigate with reliable and appropriate plan. This kind of plan is known as a threat mitigation plan. The goal is to stay focused and try on seeking for better security parameters by improving the challenges that most organization face today. Cybersecurity challenges are accelerating, thus, causing high and critical impact on an organization. In this video the 1st picture portrays the step and analysis for mitigation plan to assist in providing guidance in these attacks that are associated with the challenges faced by implementing ways for analysis and mitigation of threats. ...

The Socio-technical Plan in Robotics

Image
We live in a dynamic and energetic world that is undergoing rapid change, while being surrounded by chaos and uncertainty. There is almost no way to predict what the future will be like based on what is known now. Business organizations realize that innovation of existing systems with the interaction between humans and technology such as robotics is crucial, particularly in the computing world, in an aggressively competitive business environment as shown below. Introduction In organizational development, a social-technical plan involves a system of arranging and designing complex work that integrates technology with human interaction in the workplace. (Long, 2013). Complex infrastructures and human behaviors interact to form the social-technical system. This refers to the interrelatedness of organizations or societies as a whole in terms of social and technical aspects (Trist, & Bamforth, 1951). The use of technology to advance learning and creative expression is a topic that aca...

Futuring and Innovation II

Uncontrollable circumstances Any organization's strategic forecasting depends on its ability to adapt. It takes very short time for an organization to become a total disaster if it fails to adapt to technological changes, market changes, and competitor innovations. Blockbuster, Enron, Blackberry, Kodak, Pan-Am, Blockbuster, Enron, and Enron are examples of giant corporations that failed to adapt to the changing environment. In the imaging industry, Kodak is the leader, in aerospace, Myspace is the leader in social media networking, Yahoo provides internet email and internet websites, Polaroid is the leader in cameras, and Xerox is the leader in copy machines. A revolutionary technology and a brand-new business model caused each of the above corporations to fail because they could no longer compete. For example, Facebook introduced a better user experience than MySpace, which was once the most prominent social networking platform. It seemed like Myspace's adaptation would only h...

Innovation through Serendipity, Error, or Exaptation

New ideas, or even physical characteristics of the human body, are discovered by serendipity or by chance (Armano, G., & Javarone, M. A. 2017). Horase Walpole was credited with coining the word in 1784 after using a Sri Lankan fairy tale to combine serenity and Ignorance (Yesudian, P. 2011). The impact of innovation is felt in a variety of fields, including economics, physics, sociology, biology, and linguistics Armano, G., & Javarone, M. A. 2017). The physical proximity between businesses is thought to contribute to serendipitous innovation. Face-to-face interaction flourishes in cities and industrial parks when they emerge unplanned (water cooler effect is how sometimes it is referred) in turn, this leads to innovation (Fitjar, R. D., & Rodríguez‐Pose, A. 2017). The authors found that innovation was more likely to occur through planned interactions than by chance, at least in the context of their study focus of Norway. A number of innovations have been brought about...

Dreaming Big List

Education:   In order to communicate more effectively with people from different cultures, I will learn at least two languages. I will develop a futuristic vehicle that can fly and run-on water with little waste energy. I will set up a cyber security institution for young adults and youths, to enhance and build upon leadership skills to invent new advancements for the future. Possibly, I will obtain two more master's and doctorate degree to learn, grow, and contribute and give back to the community as much as possible. I will establish an International School that will allow students to travel to other countries in to gain cultural knowledge and open their minds. I will   learn how to play musical instruments and create an avenue for student to come and learn and expand their skills. In order to keep up with changes and trends and keep my brain engaged, I'd like to get one certification every three months. I will learn martial arts and some good health exercise, as well as bei...
